Men and Chocolate

Hey y’all!  Kat here.  Before you read this, keep in mind that I’m over halfway to my goal of losing 120lbs, I’m addicted to chocolate, and I’m single.  (Kinda reads like an intro to an AA meeting, no?)

Having said all that, I wrote a post on my blog the other day wherein I parallel my reaction to men to my reaction to chocolate.  It comes off as a bit neurotic, but I wrote it in the heat of passion frustration, and I haven’t been back to edit it.  Whatevs, I stand by my comparison.

Sometimes my blog serves as a therapist’s couch of sorts, and I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the feedback I got from this post.  Lots of gals seem to have this problem with all-or-nothing thinking and obsessive/compulsive neuroticism (hey, it happens to the best of us sometimes), so I’m wondering if you’ve ever experienced it (with regard to food, exercise, dudes, or all of the above), and more importantly, what ideas you have to wave bye-bye to it? Moderation and practice make perfect, but sometimes that’s easier said than done!
