Check out this post where I give real life examples of how larger elite distance runners use their size to their advantage–qualifying for the Olympics and setting American records…I think an inspiration to bloggers who don’t fit the tiny distance runner mold:

Also, I’m almost done creating a recipe index, which I’m really excited about. Plus it made me feel better about my blog, because I realized that I actually have accomplished a lot.
